Wunderkammers is a visual project developed for Threaded Magazine Edition 21, where I was featured as an artist, exploring the cabinet of curiosities through a contemporary lens. The work assembles collected fragments (objects, images, textures, and symbols) into layered illustrations. Each composition evokes curiosity and ambiguity through tensions between opposing states—rational and irrational, magic and real, evil and good. Informed by syncretism and Latin American visual language, it brings together diverse cultural references, allowing meanings to emerge through association rather than a fixed narrative.
